OVERVIEW
FTI Construction was appointed to deliver full refurbishment works for several banking hubs owned by Cash Access. These projects involved the complete strip out and refit of existing branch and retail units, transforming them into modern, secure and fully operational banking environments. Works were carried out inline with strict regulatory, security and programme requirements.
APPROACH
We took a structured, collaborative approach from the outset, working closely with the client, design team and stakeholders to ensure all operational and compliance requirements were met. Our team managed all aspects of the build, from enabling works and strip-outs through the final finishes and handover.
